Julia Calderon
Hi, I’m Julia, I’m 26 years old and am a NASM certified personal trainer with 8 years of experience in the fitness world. My journey began with a personal transformation: I lost 60 lbs in just one year through clean eating and consistent training. Fitness changed my life — not just physically, but mentally — and it quickly became my passion and purpose. Today, I’m dedicated to helping others find that same strength, confidence, and happiness through movement. The gym isn’t just where I train — it’s where I thrive, and I want to help you do the same.

Adonis Calderon
I’m a firefighter, dog dad, and lifelong foodie with a goofy side, but fitness has been my anchor. In my teens I fell into unhealthy habits and bad decisions, but I made a 180° shift—committing to lifting, discipline, and building better habits. That journey led me to earn my pro card in men’s physique at the 2018 INBF Northeast Classic. Today, I specialize in guiding others through lifestyle and behavior change, backed by my NASM Behavior Change Specialization. My mission is simple: help people create sustainable habits that transform their health and their lives.
Coach
Lindsey McAvey
Fitness has played a life-changing role in my journey, especially as a breast cancer survivor and new mom. I became a personal trainer to help others put themselves first, feel empowered in their bodies, and build the confidence that comes from taking control of their health.
Coach Tyler
Born in Salem MA raised in Middlesex County, I fell in love with fitness when I learned how much changing your habits and optimizing your health can change your life. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and I love helping people build confidence, lose weight and gain mental and physical strength. When I’m not training, you’ll probably find me outdoors or learning something new. My motto: Small wins every day add up to big results.
Coach Brandon
I'm Brandon/BP (I'm cool with either). I'm 24 years old and from Marlborough, MA. I'm learning to put God (specifically Jesus Christ) before all things, but it wasn't always like that. I became a born-again Christian this summer (2025). I have my B.S. in Exercise & Sports Science (with a minor in Philosophy). Other than Jesus and exercise I love music and reading. I know I'm not the most professional-looking/acting person out there, but I do know what I'm doing, am genuine and respectful, and have real love for both people and what I do.
I don't have a heartfelt or crazy story when it comes to how I got into exercise. It's something I've loved ever since I was little. The way I like to describe it is how some people love painting and some love singing - the thing I love is exercise/physical activity. Until recently I've never been much of a talker, so I always liked to communicate/express myself through movement/my actions. In my eyes, lifting (and movement in general) is a form of art. I think it can be really beautiful. I've been into a variety of physical disciplines, but before I went all-in with lifting my favorite was parkour. Growing up I always loved to do flips/jump off of stuff, climb stuff, etc. On the tail end of 2024 I injured myself very badly. I hurt my elbow (couldn't lift a milk jug without pain), knee (couldn't bodyweight squat without pain), and back (could barely walk/get into bed/put on clothes). All of these injuries were self-inflicted due to my great pride and stubbornness. Sustaining these injuries has forced me to learn a lot about prehab and rehab (and most importantly, how to be humble and grateful for the great blessing of being able to move freely/strongly). I'm grateful (now, at least) that these things happened to me, because they have given me first-hand experience with dealing with injuries and coming back from them.
Coach
Denzel Khasabo
My name is Denzel Khasabo, I’m 20 years old and I’ve been passionate about fitness since I started lifting weights at 12 years old. Growing up overweight, insecure, and lacking confidence motivated me to strive for something greater. Playing sports like football, wrestling, rugby, lacrosse, and basketball pushed me to take fitness seriously, and by 16, I had built an impressive physique.
I attended high school at Lawrence Academy, where I played football and earned a full scholarship to play in college. However, while everyone around me wanted that life of football for me, I realized it wasn’t what I truly wanted for myself. My real passion was training—conditioning, working out, and lifting. Eventually, I made the hard decision to walk away from football and focus fully on fitness.
At 18, I became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I started coaching people for free, writing training programs, and offering nutrition guidance. Over time, I built a strong online clientele. By 19, I wanted to combine online coaching with working in a gym, so I joined Uncaged Fitness, where I love the people, the environment, and the opportunity to help others.
I’m passionate about changing how people see themselves, focusing on mindset first because that’s what changed my life. If you love fitness and want help, please reach out—I’d be excited to work with you!
